As I continue to look into some possible projects to hop into and take part in, I also have some ones I want to discuss with others to see what they want to do with theirs and if they need a hand. So many choices ahead…

I have something in mind I think would make for an exciting project. It is, however, one that would take a lot of time to work on but if done right would be something I could really be proud of. I’m not going to get into it right now as I am still looking into what would need to be done and what other resources I’d need but there are some very interesting possibilities.

Before I go too deep into something of my own there are some very intriguing ones out there that I want to touch base with some people first. One is a project Michael (Thantos) is working on and one he mentioned as a possible Youra project. Another is a project Orstio is working on called Ozymandias which is going to be a CMS, something that has always been a project I’ve wanted to undertake before. The third is a new forum system, one that actually has some innovation in it and changes things up a bit to keep up with the times.

Of course, I could also invest more personal time into my work project but I worry if I will become burned out spending time both at work and at home on the project. I spent all last weekend on it and now that we’re at Wednesday I am exhausted for the week and ready for the weekend!

So I will chat with some people soon and see what path I may explore more…it’s too bad they weren’t all under one umbrella. Might be interesting to share a core and have modules for the other parts.
